Sandy has been a licensed settlement agent of residential and commercial real estate transactions for MacLeod Law Group since January 2009. She is knowledgeable in all aspects of the settlement process with 35 years experience in the real estate title industry. Sandy provides title examinations, abstracting work, and title review for the firm with expertise in the Eastern Shore region and some counties of the Western Shore of Maryland. She is a lifelong resident of Caroline County where she and her husband, a retired surveyor, currently reside. Sandy provides real estate services in both the Denton and Chestertown Offices of MacLeod Law Group.

Sandy Hayman has served as President of the Caroline County Chamber of Commerce and was named Businesswoman of the Year in 2011. She has been involved with various business and community organizations over many years. She initiated and served as chairperson of Paddlefest on the Choptank. She is an artisan for the Caroline County Arts Council; past member and chairperson of the Denton Main Street organization, past member of the Caroline County Historical Society; past member of the Burial Sites Advisory Board for Caroline County; and a former stakeholder member of Caroline Tourism.
