Lance Young’s focus areas include civil litigation, administrative law, government procurement/contract disputes, construction law, land use and zoning, criminal defense, guardianship matters, and local government.
Lance graduated from Roger Williams University School of Law in 2006. He is a former litigation associate of Rifkin, Livingston, Levitan & Silver. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as an Assistant Attorney General serving the State Highway Administration and attorney for the Maryland Department of Information Technology.
